Beginners Sampler Quilt - starts Mon 12th Mar

Beginner's Sampler Quilt - a 15 part course held once a month on Monday afternoons 13:30 - 16:30
currently scheduled to start on Monday 12th March 2012, but may be postponed until 14th May 2012
at 1 Wheelwright Lane, Burgess Hill, West Sussex, RH15 0QS

We will cover hand piecing, machine piecing, rotary cutting, foundation piecing, applique, quilting, borders and binding.
You will make a total of 12 blocks and will then be shown how to assemble them into a finished quilt.

You will be sent an initial materials list at the beginning of the course.
Additional materials will be required for later sessions, such as fabric for borders, wadding and backing.
but these will all be available for purchase at the workshop from the Sleeping Bear Shop.

There will be a couple of basic sewing machines available for use during the class, or you can bring your own machine, if you prefer.

Pay £36 to register for the class.
You will then pay £18 each month with nothing to pay for the last 2 sessions as these are covered by your initial payment which is non-refundable.
